sci退稿信要写给责编还是主编？sci论文发表是有一定难度的，有各种情况出现是很正常的，包括撤稿也是一样的。如果因为一些原因想要退稿，是需要给编辑部写封退稿信的。可能很多作者不知道这个退稿信该寄给谁，一般是要跟杂志社协商好的，单方面肯定不能退稿的。协商好之后把退稿信发到编辑部的编辑人员就可以，退稿信也不是随便写写就行，是有一定格式要求的，接下来，详细的介绍两个模板：
撤稿信1：
